If you’re feeling confused, overwhelmed or simply a little uncertain about how to go about creating your new learning program, the first thing I want you to know is - you’re not alone.
You’re an expert in your field and while you may have done some facilitation before (hosted zoom calls, led a webinar or meeting), you don’t know what you don’t know about building a learning business and designing courses. You've probably got an array of advice and some of it may seem confusing. You're conscious of your budget and don't want to waste money but you have a gut feel that cheap is not necessarily the best use of your limited funds.
This starter kit is a way you might use to get your bearings and very clearly and succinctly describe your project. The clearer you are about your project, the easier it is to find the right support.
